  The application of closed-type mechanical press is very wide,can be used for sheet metals punching,forming,bending,correcting and drawing ect.cold punching and die forging hot trimming process,be widly used in car,ship, ,light and textile machine,hardware light industry,household appliances,motor,instrument,ariation and weapon etc.manufacture industry.

Main structure features:

l  Steel-welded frame,designed and analysised by computer, high rigidity and accuracy.whole frame adopts three-dimensional design, beautiful big square.

l  Eight-side long rectangle guides of the slide in high moving precision and high accuracy,extending the service life of the die. Imported hydraulic overload pretection device achieving high precision in effectively protecting against overload to ensure convenient and reliable operation.maneuvering digital display adjust die set height,convient for use and maintenance.

l  The worktable can adopt fixed type or front open,back open and T type movement ect.Quick die-change equipment are available for the power press,the die change rate can be reduced 5~10 times,improve the change rate.

l  The cushion can adopts adjustment air cushion or hydraulic cushion,stroke adjustment device according to the users need.

l  Electrical system and oil lubrication system all adopt PLC control system.

l  The press also can adopt vibration isolator,reduce punching and vibration to the press,improve the device and moulds service life.
